Job Title: Order Fulfillment Professional (Inventory Reconciliation)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support Reverse Supply Chain operations within the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation team. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and minimizing customer impact through timely investigation and resolution.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party logistics partners to maintain operational excellence and meet service level commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy and prevent customer impact
• Partner with 3PL vendors and internal stakeholders to support reverse supply chain operations
• Deliver against daily service level agreements (SLAs) with a strong focus on precision and quality
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly reporting dashboards covering:
• Production metrics and throughput
• Service level performance
• Operational drivers and external factors
• Customer and downstream business impacts
• Analyze end-to-end workflows, including order creation, data flow, and product disposition, across multiple systems
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with large datasets with high accuracy and speed
• Ability to conduct complex research and data validation
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools and understanding data flow
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in supply chain, inventory management, or operations
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to balance repetitive tasks with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
