Our client is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager-REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex gaming operations initiatives across new installs, system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and consolidation projects. This is a remote position, with candidates located in Illinois or westward within the United States.

The ideal candidate is a technical project manager with strong experience navigating high-demand environments and coordinating cross-functional teams in the regulated gaming/casino industry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution across operational, technical, and administrative processes, including workflows involving SAP and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for:

New gaming system installations

Hardware refreshes and lifecycle management

System upgrades and platform migrations

Infrastructure consolidations across multiple sites

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, vendors, and field technicians

Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements

Utilize SAP and Salesforce for project tracking, reporting, inventory coordination, and operational workflows

Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues to avoid delays

Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal operational standards

Maintain thorough documentation across project lifecycle including planning, execution, and closure

Required Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in gaming operations project management

Strong knowledge of:

Gaming industry and regulations

Casino operations and slot systems

Networked systems and infrastructure

Inventory and asset management

Project management methodologies

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to perform in high-demand, high-pressure environments with professionalism and composure

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities

Proven planning, scheduling, and resource management experience

Ability to pass a Security Background Investigation

Must be at least 21 years of age

Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License-

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Technical Project Manager background (highly preferred)

Direct experience in gaming operations or casino environments

Knowledge of gaming regulations, casino systems, and slot machine technologies

Experience with server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and networked gaming devices

Familiarity with SAP systems

Working knowledge of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools

Experience with Salesforce for operational workflow and reporting
