Qualifications

• Experience:
  4–6+ years of experience building and delivering high-quality production software in fast-paced environments.

• Leadership & Ownership:
  Proven ability to lead or guide teams through complex, ambiguous problem spaces, while effectively balancing individual contribution and team leadership responsibilities.

• Execution in Ambiguity:
  Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in undefined environments, with the ability to take initiatives from concept (zero-to-one) through execution.

• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bias for Action:
  A proactive, execution-driven mindset—comfortable learning quickly, iterating thoughtfully, and continuously improving through rapid feedback cycles.

• Frontend Expertise:
  Strong experience with modern frontend technologies including TypeScript, React, and/or Next.js, along with styling frameworks and modern build tools.

• Product & Design Sense:
  Well-developed product intuition and design sensibility, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centric experiences.

• Rapid Prototyping:
  Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, tools, and workflows that enable fast iteration and experimentation.

• Backend Development:
  Hands-on experience building backend systems using Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages, including APIs, middleware, ORMs, authentication, authorization, and secure application design.

• Cloud Platforms:
  Experience designing, building, and deploying applications on major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Development Environment:
  Comfortable working in modern software development environments with strong ownership and the ability to ship quickly without compromising quality.

• Systems & Tooling:
  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, reporting, analytics, and data-intensive systems, with the ability to navigate and iteratively improve them.
