Position: Technical Project Manager
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
- Project Management Certification or degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven ability to manage technology projects up to $500K in scope.
- Strong communication skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to present recommendations to leadership.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Security systems expertise: Knowledge of access control and video management systems.
- Construction experience: Familiarity with drawings review, methodologies, and field inspections.
- Hands-on experience with Lenel S2 and Milestone XProtect platforms.
- Installation experience with card readers, cameras, guardhouses, turnstiles, speed lanes, and road gates.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Background in both administrative and manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to AI frameworks.
