Job Title: Telecom Project Manager – 5G / Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) – MDU/MTU (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (Preferred: Miami, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Charlotte, Las Vegas, Chicago)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager / Network Engineer with strong expertise in 5G and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) deployments, specifically focused on MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) / MTU (Multi-Tenant Unit) environments. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate build design, data integrity, and successful project delivery aligned with Open For Sales (OFS) goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex data corrections and validation activities, including:
- Aggregate ID validation
- Split PID (Property/Parcel ID) management
- Address creation and insertion
- Prevent downstream provisioning failures by ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Analyze MDU/MTU addressing, architecture, and site survey designs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to support high-quality build designs
- Track and manage project pipelines to ensure timely achievement of OFS targets
- Translate technical issues into actionable solutions for construction and field teams
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing high-volume telecom project pipelines
- Strong understanding of:
- 5G network architecture
- Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
- MDU/MTU build design and donor site dependencies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Address validation and correction
- Property/Parcel ID (PID) management
- GIS tools and mapping systems
Preferred Skills
- Detail-oriented mindset – ability to ensure build packages are complete and accurate the first time
- Strong multitasking and adaptability to handle fast-paced, ad-hoc requests
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical challenges
- Experience working with construction engineering and telecom deployment teams
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- Telecom Project Management
- Network Engineering (5G/FWA preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
