Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of technical products and services within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-centric thinking to deliver high-value solutions.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and external partners, to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimization
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product sustainability and growth
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer insights and business value

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing) and external partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives

Customer-Centric Development

• Conduct customer research, interviews, and design-thinking sessions
• Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to guide product decisions
• Ensure delivered solutions align with user needs and business outcomes

Product Development & Delivery

• Work closely with Agile development teams using SAFe and hybrid methodologies
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications
• Oversee prototypes, pilot programs, and product validation initiatives

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Perform market research and analyze industry trends
• Evaluate competitive offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation
• Support pricing strategy development and financial analysis

Innovation & Tools

• Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., for roadmap generation, requirement writing, and insights extraction)
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product processes

Additional Responsibilities

• Support product marketing efforts, including content creation and user documentation
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements as needed
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Perform administrative and other duties as required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management
• Proven experience in product roadmap development and execution
• Strong experience with prototyping and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical information platforms, publishing, or engineering-focused industries
• Familiarity with subscription-based products, digital platforms, or SaaS offerings
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for product management workflows
• Strong analytical skills, including pricing strategy and market analysis
