• Design and implement robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks to support AMPLIFY reporting needs.
• Work directly with external vendors to onboard, integrate, validate, and maintain standardized data feeds into AMPLIFY.
• Define and enforce standard data models, business definitions, and data quality rules to ensure consistency across all AMPLIFY reporting.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical integration and data design specifications.
• Enable enterprise reporting and analytics through Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and usability for business stakeholders.
• Support the evolution of AMPLIFY reporting by contributing to the design and implementation of AI-driven data visualization and insights.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, integration gaps, and operational inefficiencies impacting AMPLIFY reporting.
• Ensure all data integrations comply with Client’s healthcare regulations, privacy, and security standards.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, data dictionaries, and operational support artifacts to ensure sustainability.
• Operate independently as a lead-level contributor, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Experience supporting Power BI–based enterprise reporting.
• Required experience working in a regulated healthcare environment, such as Client’s.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a lead-level individual contributor role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Effective collaborator across Business Operations, Technology, and external partners.
• Comfortable driving clarity and outcomes in complex, regulated environments.
• Committed to building scalable, sustainable data solutions for AMPLIFY.
