About the Role
A fast-moving digital product team is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help define, deliver, and manage digital solutions — with a core focus on digitizing paper-based forms and workflows. This team is deeply committed to solving end-user needs and delivering best-in-class digital experiences that make every interaction simple and seamless.
In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to elicit and evaluate business needs and help determine the best path to delivering excellent digital solutions. You will also play an integral role in supporting your internal team to build and manage a prioritized opportunity backlog across a broad product suite.

What the Team Does
- Strategy – Sets an ambitious and clear product vision for designing reusable utilities across multiple user journeys
- Execution – Owns all aspects of technology product development, from definition and creation through development and implementation, driven by a prioritized feature backlog
- User Focus – Develops a deep understanding of the target market, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and helps shape business strategy
- Digital Experiences – Collaborates with design, technology, and business partners to build digital experiences that users are passionate about
What You'll Do
Analysis & Gap Identification
- Analyze top-volume and high-impact paper forms to identify digitization opportunities and recommend paths to digital conversion
- Conduct gap analysis across user and operational journeys to surface friction points, risk areas, and manual processes
- Define digital use cases that address experience gaps and inform recommended digitization paths
Prioritization & Insights
- Evaluate and support prioritization of forms based on volume, impact, complexity, and feasibility
- Generate data-driven insights to inform prioritization and sequencing decisions
- Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and surface clear recommendations to stakeholders
Process & Workflow Definition
- Develop business and process documentation, including current-state and future-state workflows
- Translate business needs into clear decision artifacts
- Partner with Product, UX, and Technology teams to ensure requirements align to target digital experiences and platform capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, UX, Technology, Operations, and Client Experience to support definition of user experiences and requirements for digital web form capabilities
- Support intake and readiness of forms entering the digitization pipeline, including documentation and backlog preparation
Reporting & Tracking
- Track and report progress, risks, and outcomes through defined metrics and OKRs
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to support transparency and informed decision-making
What You Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, conduct gap analysis, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Technology, UX, and Client Experience teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
