About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to execute and optimize donor communications across email, SMS, app push, and other owned messaging channels for our Greenhouse concept centers. This role focuses on hands-on activation and delivery, supporting both promotional and transactional communications that enable key donor journeys such as online scheduling, visit preparation, and digital health steps.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance partners to ensure communications are timely, accurate, compliant, and aligned with donor experience goals. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on execution, precision, and continuous optimization in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
What You’ll Do
- Digital communications execution: Build and deploy donor communications across email, SMS, app push, and other owned channels.
- Journey enablement: Deliver promotional and transactional messaging tied to scheduling, appointment management, visit preparation, and digital health steps.
- CRM campaign management: Translate journey requirements into CRM campaigns, triggers, and automations.
- Activation & optimization: Support QA, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring; partner with Analytics and Experience teams to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Align communications with product releases, UX flows, and compliance requirements while supporting Greenhouse pilots and testing phases.
