Position Overview
The Compensation Analyst will support the organization by evaluating and optimizing compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to deliver data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for roles across the organization
Analyze salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs
Support compensation reviews, offers, promotions, and adjustments
Identify pay equity, compression, and retention risks
Prepare compensation models, reports, and recommendations for leadership
Ensure alignment with applicable compensation laws and internal guidelines
Qualifications
Experience in compensation analysis or total rewards
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Familiarity with compensation surveys and market data
Advanced Excel skills; HRIS experience preferred
Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
