About the Job
A leading financial services organization's Client Reporting Technology team has an opportunity for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to help accelerate modernization efforts for client regulatory forms. You will focus on building Adaptive Web Form content within the AEM forms tool and collaborate with the existing team to enhance the pipeline when needed. You will also leverage AI technologies, such as GitHub Copilot, to speed up delivery and optimize daily engineering workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience working within the on-premises version of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) toolset
- Experience with AEM forms and building Adaptive Web Forms using Core components in a headless setup
- Experience using rule editors, theme editors, Form Data Models (FDM), and writing custom JavaScript functions
- Ability to handle the end-to-end form lifecycle from UI to submission, backend, and Document of Record (DOR)
- Experience utilizing core AEM concepts to build and define APIs for form submissions
- Professional-level front-end skillsets, including HTML, JSP, and NPM webpack builds
- Knowledge of code upgrades and code promotion, including core component upgrades and deployments through package manager
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAML and OSGi bundles
- Experience using AEM Dispatcher in a forms environment
- Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) across day-to-day engineering workflows, including implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, and documentation
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows, spec-driven development, custom instructions, and prompt engineering to guide AI-assisted implementation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitHub
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Automated Testing of Adaptive forms
- Experience with headless content delivery
- Advanced front-end coding capabilities using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Backbone, or ReactJS
- Experience working with web servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, IIS, or Apache
- Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
