- Own the structure, organization, and ongoing governance of Adobe Workfront as the primary business planning and tracking tool.
- Intake, enter, and organize business plan data, OKRs, programs, projects, and key milestones in Workfront, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reportability.
- Design and maintain scalable structures, including tagging conventions, folder hierarchies, project templates, and naming standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on how to structure and leverage Workfront data to support business objectives, reporting needs, and leadership visibility.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into business plan health, OKR progress, program status, and resource allocation.
- Translate business planning frameworks into actionable Workfront projects, tasks, and milestones.
- Explore and define high‑level resource capacity methodologies and solutions for future‑state implementation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve planning and operational workflows within Workfront and across adjacent tools.
- Design and implement repeatable AI‑powered use cases (e.g., automated status reporting, data summarization, capacity forecasting) using tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on integrating AI into Business Planning operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Document processes, standards, and playbooks to ensure operational knowledge is institutionalized.
Business Planning Operations & Workfront Specialist
About the role
The Business Planning Operations & Workfront Specialist owns the planning infrastructure that enables business planning at scale. This is not a project management or data entry role. It is a strategic operations role requiring deep, hands‑on Adobe Workfront expertise combined with the ability to architect systems, govern data, and drive adoption across an enterprise organization.
This role is approximately 80% Adobe Workfront execution and governance and 20% AI experimentation and solutioning, helping the Business Planning team improve speed, visibility, and operational rigor.
