Our client is currently seeking a Facets Configuration Analyst

The Facets Configuration Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining products and contracts within the Facets platform, with a strong focus on NetworX configuration and core Facets functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Configure Facets products, plans, benefits, and contracts
• Build and maintain provider contracts within NetworX
• Support core Facets modules including Membership, Providers, Claims, and Billing
• Analyze requirements and translate them into configuration solutions
• Understand upstream and downstream system impacts
• Work independently while providing regular status updates

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must have resided and worked in the United States for at least 3 years
• 5+ years of Facets configuration experience
• Hands-on configuration experience in the Facets Product module within the last 2 years
• At least 3 years of experience with core Facets modules (Membership, Provider, Claims, Billing, Plan/Product)
• At least 3 years of NetworX contract build experience
• Strong knowledge of the Facets data model and architecture
