Our client is currently seeking a EPIC Tapestry UM Analyst
This candidate will be utilized to support and optimize UM workflows focused on prior authorizations and referrals. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver compliant and efficient UM processes that improve provider and member experience.
Responsibilities
• Build, configure, and support Epic Tapestry UM workflows for authorizations and referrals
• Implement and support Tapestry Care Link for external providers and referral partners
• Configure routing rules, workqueues, decisioning tools, letters, notifications, and SLAs
• Ensure alignment with benefit plans, provider networks, care management, and claims
• Participate in testing, release support, and ongoing optimization efforts
• Support UM operational and compliance reporting
Qualifications
• Active Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification
• 3 to 5 plus years of hands-on Epic Tapestry UM experience focused on authorizations and referrals
• Experience implementing and supporting Tapestry Care Link
• Strong understanding of payer UM operations and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions
