OnBase Analyst – Epic Integration
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OnBase Analyst to support Epic integrations and core OnBase clinical solutions. This role will focus on implementation, optimisation, and operational support of Clinician Complete, Clinician Return, and Intelligent Medical Records (IMR), while also assisting with daily work queue (WQ) management and error monitoring.
The analyst will provide additional capacity to an existing team of two analysts who are currently managing both project work and daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Epic & OnBase Integration
- Support and enhance OnBase integrations with Epic.
- Participate in implementation and optimisation of:
- Clinician Complete
- Clinician Return
- Intelligent Medical Records (IMR)
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless document workflows.
Operational Support
- Perform daily monitoring of OnBase work queues (WQs).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface, indexing, and workflow errors.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Support ongoing maintenance and configuration changes within OnBase.
Project Support
- Assist with active OnBase projects to reduce workload on the existing analyst team.
- Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
- Support documentation, configuration validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications
- OnBase Certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as an OnBase Analyst in a healthcare environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Epic and OnBase integrations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Clinician Complete
- Clinician Return
- Intelligent Medical Records (IMR)
- Experience managing OnBase work queues and monitoring system errors.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across project and operational work.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting live healthcare production environments.
Team & Work Context
