Job Overview
In this contingent role, you will serve as a senior consultant supporting highly complex business and technology initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, long‑term solutions that address critical business challenges. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to influence strategy across multiple functional areas.
You will work closely with Agile delivery teams, product owners, and loan accounting stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in Loan IQ (LIQ) and digital transformation practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert to influence and deliver solutions for highly complex business and technical initiatives.
- Consult with senior leadership to define strategy and resolve unique, cross‑functional challenges.
- Design and deliver scalable, long‑term technology and business solutions that require innovation, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Strategically engage with client stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Collaborate within Agile product teams, contributing as a hands‑on Business Analyst when needed.
- Support the WF LIQ digital team, ensuring alignment with loan accounting processes and ways of working.
- Analyze and document business requirements, system integrations, and data flows related to Loan IQ.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Design, Business Systems Data, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ (LIQ) and a strong understanding of loan accounting processes.
- Experience working in Agile product environments, particularly in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Proven ability to consult at a senior level and influence decision‑making across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Techno‑functional expertise bridging business requirements and technical implementation.
- Strong SQL querying skills for data analysis and validation.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Loan IQ data model.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations within financial services platforms.
