Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong order processing experience to manage daily order entry and billing transactions with precision. This role requires resolving issues, maintaining customer accounts, and communicating directly with sales teams, internal departments, and clients to ensure smooth operations across orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.
Key Responsibilities
Process multiple daily order entry and billing transactions with high attention to detail.
Resolve issues related to orders, billing, accounts receivable, and returns.
Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
Communicate with sales force, internal departments, and clients to pursue and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
Strong order processing background.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
