Our client is currently seeking a Associate Patient Care Coordinator
Schedule- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
This job will have the following responsibilities:

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and address patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Document detailed and accurate notes in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Route calls and messages appropriately based on patient needs and clinical guidelines
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar coordination
- Perform insurance verification to confirm coverage and eligibility
- Prepare patient charts in advance to support smooth clinical workflows
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls and follow-ups with patients
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 years customer service, office setting or Healthcare setting experience
