About the role
We are seeking a passionate Industrial Engineer to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will analyze, design, and optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. You will play a key role in a major transformation initiative, partnering cross-functionally to implement data-driven solutions and create a better working environment for employees.
We value strong change-management capabilities, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset over specific prior experience.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support lean transformation initiatives within the plant.
- Analyze production workflows, logistics, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain value stream maps to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Recommend and implement tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve quality, consistency, and repeatability.
- Conduct time and motion studies, simulations, and ergonomic assessments.
- Define, track, and report key performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deploy new technologies and automation.
- Support and promote Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
