Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Consultant / Functional Lead
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Functional Lead, driving CRM strategy and execution
- Deep functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong exposure to the manufacturing industry, either through direct client engagement or consulting roles
- Background in IT services or system integrator (SI) environments, supporting complex enterprise clients
- Expertise in client advisory, owning CRM transformation initiatives and serving as a trusted business partner
- Demonstrated end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience, from discovery and solution design through deployment and go-live
- Hands-on experience working within ERP-integrated, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of total professional experience
- 5+ years of focused experience in Salesforce CRM
- 4–6 years supporting or consulting for manufacturing organizations
- Successful delivery of 2–3 or more full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
