Title: Senior Project Manager I

Location: Fully Remote

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, functioning as the overall project lead across multiple cross‑functional workstreams
• Develop and manage core project artifacts including project charter, scope documentation, project plans, issue and risk logs, lessons learned, control plans, and closure documentation
• Identify required roles, skill sets, and resources to rapidly build and lead a high‑performing project team
• Direct project teams to deliver on time and within budget while proactively resolving conflicts and escalating risks as appropriate
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; ensure accountability across all contributors
• Communicate project status clearly and consistently to leadership and key stakeholders through written and verbal updates
• Anticipate challenges, connect complex dependencies, and take independent action to drive outcomes
• Manage demanding stakeholders and balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

Must Have / Required:

• 3–5 years of hands‑on project management experience (or equivalent experience leading complex initiatives)
• Proven track record of successful end‑to‑end project execution
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess situations, connect the dots, and build actionable project plans
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior or demanding partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Healthcare/PBM experience is a plus
