Our client is currently seeking a certified Phlebotomist with 2–3 years of experience to join our clinic in McKinney, TX. This role is responsible for performing 100% venipuncture and blood draws in a fast‑paced outpatient clinical environment. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws for patients of varying ages with accuracy and care
• Ensure proper patient identification, specimen labeling, handling, and processing
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• Prepare patients for blood draws by explaining procedures and alleviating concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe phlebotomy area and equipment
• Accurately document procedures and specimen information in accordance with clinic protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform daily tasks consistently during scheduled clinic hours

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional phlebotomy experience
• Active Phlebotomy Certification
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday
