Job Description:
- We’re seeking an Azure DevOps Platform Engineer to help design, administer, and scale our Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise platforms. In this role, you’ll focus on building secure, reusable, and standardized DevOps patterns that enable delivery teams to adopt Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern Azure development practices—while maintaining strong governance and sustainability.
- You’ll work closely with Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, and the Strategic AI Office to translate platform standards into actionable templates, onboarding processes, and guardrails. This is a hands-on, enablement-focused role ideal for someone passionate about platform engineering, developer experience, and accelerating delivery through well-designed DevOps foundations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and supporting Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise (projects, repos, pipelines, permissions, standards)
- Building and maintaining reusable CI/CD and repository templates (“golden paths”)
- Enabling IaC adoption using approved tools and patterns (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
- Designing scalable sandbox and non-production environments with cost and security guardrails
- Creating onboarding materials, documentation, and knowledge articles
- Supporting teams through office hours, consulting, and best-practice guidance
- Measuring platform adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and reporting
