Role Summary

The Digital Marketing team is seeking a contract professional to support email channel management and campaign execution from May through November. This role will provide hands-on support across multiple email marketing initiatives during a temporary leave period, helping ensure consistent and timely delivery of campaigns and journeys.

The contractor will manage day-to-day execution of email marketing programs, including campaign builds, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. This role involves close collaboration with internal marketing teams, creative partners, and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality email communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing campaigns across multiple business lines, including newsletters, nurture journeys, retention programs, and service communications
• Support content development and campaign setup by compiling assets, building link matrices, and coordinating with creative and production teams
• Build and support emails within Stensul, including quality assurance testing, approval workflows, and deployment readiness
• Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Coordinate inputs and approvals with Brand, Compliance, Product, and Marketing stakeholders
• Support email journey development, including briefing materials, sequencing, and measurement planning
• Assist with list intake, audience targeting setup, and campaign tracking
• Conduct quality assurance checks across templates, links, personalization, and rendering to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support reporting by compiling campaign performance data and preparing insights for stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
• Strong attention to detail, particularly related to testing and campaign execution
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance, quality assurance, and performance measurement
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
