Senior Associate, Clinical Contracts & Budgets

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate, Clinical Contracts & Budgets to support clinical contracting and budget‑related activities within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote setting and enjoys working cross‑functionally with finance, clinical, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Support financial, strategic, and operational planning related to clinical contracts and budgets
- Coordinate with finance teams, clinical contracting groups, internal administrators, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with clinical advisory board activities, including logistics, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and deliverables to ensure contract milestones and deadlines are met
- Ensure contract‑related documentation, follow‑ups, and approvals are completed accurately and on time
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Learn and adapt quickly to evolving systems and tools, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and procurement platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow‑through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
- Project‑management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- High school diploma / GED with 8 years of relevant experience
