Responsibilities
Partner with specialist teams to define and execute the company’s technology, security, and AI strategy, including roadmap development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee all technology operations, including Service Desk/Helpdesk, Systems Operations, Infrastructure and Network Operations, and End‑User Computing and Device Management.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure rapid issue resolution and minimal business disruption.
Provide hands-on leadership for complex technical issues, system troubleshooting, and architecture decisions while mentoring and developing team members.
Coordinate the delivery of technology projects—including hardware, software, AI/ML solutions, and managed services—in collaboration with specialist teams.
Collaborate with specialist teams to evaluate, integrate, and govern AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant usage across the organization.
Lead cross-functional security initiatives, including vulnerability management, security awareness, and risk mitigation efforts.
Own and manage compliance activities, including leadership of the annual SOC 2 audit.
Develop and maintain business continuity plans, disaster recovery strategies, and IT asset and software license management programs.
Participate in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing management of outsourced services, platforms, and applications.
Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs, providing regular executive-level updates on operational performance and service quality.
Manage the technology operations budget, including cost optimization, capacity planning, and risk management.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of all technology processes, procedures, policies, and approved AI use cases.
Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of technology operations staff in alignment with company policies and culture.
