Experimentation: Design and run small incremental tests and A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Cross‑team coordination: Ensure consistent, seamless experiences across product ecosystems by aligning with other teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must have

5+ years product or UX design experience working in agile squads.
Strong, demonstrable experience designing customer‑facing sales or conversion flows.
Proficient in Figma with advanced usage of auto‑layout, components, and prototyping.
Portfolio with case studies that show problem → solution → measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments.

Nice to have

Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare.

Familiarity with design systems, analytics instrumentation, and experiment frameworks
