About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll lead high‑impact initiatives that strengthen platform and operations. You’ll manage programs end‑to‑end—from technical improvements and SaaS implementations to process standardization and metrics. You’ll drive execution, efficiency, and consistency by resolving dependencies, assessing risk, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability, while keeping communication clear across stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large‑scale initiatives to build new products and platform capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key programs: planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
- Oversee migration from a legacy Okta instance to Okta, ensuring scalable and efficient configuration.
- Partner with product, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver strategic programs.
- Identify and implement operational process improvements across the organization.
- Use data and metrics to create clarity, drive decision‑making, and communicate effectively at both executive and team levels.
- Develop SOPs to standardize and scale technical operations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience working with information security teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Okta and managing Okta migrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data‑driven reporting.
- Proven success managing technical programs across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (containerization, microservices, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
- Understanding of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.
