About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter who can translate complex, technical concepts into compelling, customer‑centric narratives. This role supports a broad portfolio of products and solutions, requiring someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments and can quickly ramp up in a fast‑moving, highly collaborative team.
The ideal candidate brings healthcare technology experience, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Writing samples will be a key part of the evaluation process.
What You’ll Do
Develop clear, value‑driven copy that connects product features to customer outcomes and business impact
Translate customer success stories into persuasive narratives that drive engagement and conversion
Adapt voice and tone for different audiences, channels, and content types
Collaborate closely with marketing partners, subject‑matter experts, and potentially customers
Understand complex solutions and articulate their value propositions with clarity and accuracy
Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables with minimal oversight
Represent the team in customer‑facing conversations when needed, demonstrating professionalism and confidence
