Description:
We are seeking an Associate Product Specialist to support sales activities in Southern California. This role involves educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on innovative medical devices, conducting product demonstrations, and facilitating sales processes. The position offers a clear career path to Product Specialist within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and patient training.
Educate clinicians and patients on device use and treatment protocols.
Support documentation for reimbursement and product access.
Assist with sales strategies to achieve/exceed goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Travel within assigned territory.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health/science or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of medical device or durable medical equipment sales.
Strong knowledge of healthcare coverage and reimbursement.
Previous sales experience required.
Preferred
Existing clinician/therapist relationships.
Experience introducing new products.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
