The Judge Group's direct client in the Banking industry is seeking an experienced "Web Content & Experience Associate". This is a fully remote role and asap to start.
Job Title: Web Content Contractor
Remote – East coast / Central time.
Duration: 6/1/26 thru 12/31/26
Schedule: accommodate EDT coast times

Role Summary:
- We are seeking a Website Content and Experience Contractor to support ongoing updates and enhancements across the Personal and Business Banking sections of our digital properties.
- This role is focused on managing and coordinating web content requests, including rate and promotional updates, product page and article builds, and campaign landing pages, while maintaining a clear, consistent, and user focused experience across the site.
- The contractor will work closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Corporate Web, and external partners to help prioritize work, keep updates moving efficiently, and ensure content changes are executed accurately and thoughtfully.
Support regular updates across Personal and Business Banking pages, including product pages, articles, and campaign landing pages.
- Review content for accuracy, alignment, and consistency across related pages and sections of the site.
- Identify opportunities to improve how information is presented to reduce friction and improve engagement.
- Consider content hierarchy, layout, page flow, and calls to action to support usability and clear navigation.
- Apply a user centered mindset when reviewing and coordinating content updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing website content in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
- Strong understanding of web content strategy, basic SEO principles, and user experience best practices.
- Ability to translate change requests and feedback into actionable next steps.
- Experience with WordPress and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - MUST
