Job Title: Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator to support order lifecycle management for a large public-sector client, including USPS. In this role, you will manage and track telecommunications orders end-to-end, proactively resolve issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

This position supports government-related work and requires strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Lifecycle & Flow Management
• Monitor and Track: Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS account.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process.
• Migration Support: Maintain all tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services.

Required Skills:

• Telecom Proficiency: Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal engineering/provisioning teams and external client stakeholders.
