Overview

We are looking for a senior Consumer Insights professional to support the Events and Partnerships team on a contract basis. This role focuses on measuring the success of global events and brand partnerships and turning research data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role (no people management) and is ideal for someone who is independent, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Role Details

• Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)
• Work Type: Remote
• Working Hours: Flexible, but availability required during core hours (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
• Reason for Hire: Backfill for parental leave

What You’ll Do

• Measure the success of global events and brand partnerships
• Set up and manage measurement frameworks, surveys, and trackers
• Work closely with research agencies to execute studies and review data
• Lead quantitative research (approx. 70%) and support qualitative research (approx. 30%)
• Monitor trends over time and explain what the data means for the business
• Create clear presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
• Support both existing projects and new initiatives (including global events)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and research leaders
• Ensure insights are actionable and tied clearly to business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or marketing insights
• Strong background in measurement and tracking (brand trackers, surveys, research frameworks)
• Experience working on events, sponsorships, or partnerships is a plus
• Experience working with both agencies and internal teams
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Experience in tech or large enterprise environments preferred
• Hands‑on individual contributor experience required
