About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Architect to support a large-scale enterprise organization with a critical data migration initiative. In this fully remote, 9-month contract role, you will be instrumental in migrating legacy HR and payroll data into a new Workday environment. You will leverage your technical expertise to design manageable, semi-automated solutions that streamline complex integrations. Please note that this is a strict contract engagement and will not convert to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the technical data migration strategy from legacy platforms like ADP into Workday.
· Build, configure, and troubleshoot Workday Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
· Utilize inbound EIBs to accurately import critical enterprise data, including payroll results, employee demographics, and new hire records.
· Download integration templates, map legacy data accurately to corresponding Workday fields, and execute seamless data loads.
· Act as a technical subject matter expert to ensure a smooth transition from complex legacy integrations to manageable, semi-automated Workday solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Proven enterprise-level experience working as a Workday Architect or Senior Workday Integration Specialist.
· Extensive hands-on experience building and executing Workday EIBs.
· Strong technical understanding of mapping and migrating data from payroll and HR systems such as ADP.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.
