Product Manager (Product Owner – Supply Chain Finance Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/ Product Owner to support the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Lending Platform initiative within Commercial Banking. This role is responsible for owning a defined area of a large-scale enterprise lending platform and translating product vision and strategy into a clearly prioritized and delivery-ready backlog.

You will work closely with Product Management, Technology, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in enterprise banking platforms, data migration, and API-based integrations, operating within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a defined product area within the Supply Chain Finance Lending Platform
  • Translate product strategy and vision into a prioritized backlog of epics, features, and user stories
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance expectations
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and story acceptance
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple squads and product areas
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve prioritization trade-offs to drive timely delivery
  • Ensure delivery outcomes align with business objectives, customer needs, and control requirements
  • Maintain transparency of progress, risks, and issues across stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in large enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting banking or financial services platforms, preferably within Commercial Banking or Lending
  • Strong background in large-scale platform implementations and/or data migration initiatives
  • Experience with data integration and API-based system connections
  • Proven ability to operate in highly regulated environments with strong governance and control requirements
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or lending platforms
  • Background supporting complex workflows involving risk, compliance, and operational controls
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple Agile teams and product areas
