Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, validate, and document functional and non‑functional business requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and customers to translate reporting and analytics needs into clear requirements
- Support state and federal healthcare reporting initiatives, including source‑to‑target mappings
- Analyse data across enterprise data warehouses, reporting platforms, and backend systems
- Review and interpret Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards, SQL queries, and data models
- Understand and document data lineage, integrations, and dependencies
- Manage project controls including issues, risks, scope, requirements, and schedules
- Collaborate within a matrixed project environment alongside project management and functional leadership
- Contribute to documentation using standard Microsoft Office tools
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills (Minimum Requirements)
- 3+ years of experience soliciting, reviewing, analysing, and documenting functional and non‑functional business requirements
- 3+ years of experience performing requirements gathering and validation
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, supporting operations or implementations focused on:
- Data warehousing
- Data analysis
- Decision support systems
- 2+ years of experience managing project controls, including issues, risks, scope, schedules, and requirements
- Proven experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Demonstrated ability to analyse:
- Database data
- BI dashboards
- Data lineage
- Backend system integrations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Snowflake
- Advanced SQL and Power BI capabilities
- Direct Medicaid experience, including:
- Claims, Member, and Provider data
- State and federal reporting such as MARS and/or T‑MSIS

- Proven ability to analyse database data, BI dashboards, data lineage, and integrations
