Position: Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/fulltime conversion

***W2 Contract***No C2C***

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

· Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx

· Proficiency in R, Python, and other statistical tools

· Strong SQL skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field

· Hands-on experience leading talent analytics for large enterprises

· Proven ability to consult, “tell the story,” and influence strategic decisions through data

· Strong skills in data gathering, cleansing, and quality assurance

· Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data

Nice-to-Have

· Experience in HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics

What You Bring

· Expertise in developing HR metrics and dashboards with self-service visualization capabilities

· Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear, actionable way to senior leadership

· Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Inquisitive mindset with a passion for uncovering insights through data
