Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team to help expand intelligent grid solutions for the energy sector across North America. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, shaping market‑relevant offerings, and working cross‑functionally to strengthen the company’s position in grid modernization, reliability, and automation. You will play a key role in translating customer needs and market trends into differentiated, commercially successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop go‑to‑market plans, target segments, priority customers, and revenue objectives

· Build strong customer relationships through site visits, industry events, etc.

· Develop and maintain a multi‑year growth plan, including product roadmap and market sizing (TAM/SAM/PAM)

· Analyze utility, industrial, and smart grid trends across the Americas

· Translate market needs and product gaps into PRDs and proposals for sustaining improvements or NPIs

· Build business cases and collaborate with global teams to deliver approved initiatives

· Coordinate cross functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, customer support, and sampling teams

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is required, MBA is a plus

· 5+ years of experience in product management

· 2+ years of experience in smart grid, electric utility systems, or grid automation

· Results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities

· Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams

· Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

· Experience delivering integrated hardware and software solutions

· International or Americas market experience

· Spanish or Portuguese language skills is a plus
