Must have banking industry experience
Deep Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience with a focus on mindset and behavior change, not only technology implementation
Experience supporting sales organizations, ideally within wealth, commercial, or retail banking
Ability to design and execute a leadership engagement strategy
Strong stakeholder management skills, including work with senior executives
Comfort operating in high‑visibility, high‑scrutiny enterprise initiatives
Understanding of banking environments (retail, commercial, wealth)
Ability to partner closely with project teams, coaching teams, and executive sponsors
Ability to translate pilot learnings into a scalable, enterprise‑wide change strategy
Experience with AI‑driven sales tools or AI‑enabled workflow transformation
Background in mid‑market banking
Experience in large financial institutions
Experience navigating competitive sales cultures where cross‑sell behaviors may be resisted
Enterprise‑level initiative focused on increasing cross‑sell opportunities across Commercial Banking, Business Banking, and Wealth
Currently in a pilot phase using small groups and AI bots to identify sales opportunities
OCM will synthesize pilot insights and build a scalable change strategy for broader rollout (likely beginning with retail)
Change is not technology‑driven — success depends on mindset, behavior, and leadership activation
High‑stakes program with executive visibility and direct alignment to the bank’s organic growth strategy
