Business Execution / Business Analyst (Contingent Assignment)
About the Role
In this contingent assignment, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support complex business execution initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will help drive strategic planning, analyze large-scale business challenges, and enable successful delivery through collaboration, structured analysis, and strong execution governance.
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex, high-impact business execution initiatives involving large-scale or long-term planning.
- Analyze multifaceted business challenges that require evaluation of multiple variables, including ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex issues by applying a strong understanding of business functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client and product teams in a highly cross-matrixed environment.
- Support product teams with updates and optimization of Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Provide advanced project support, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of professional work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting Agile product teams and enterprise-scale toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional, matrixed organization.
