Our client is currently seeking a Senior SNOW BA
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in large enterprise or fintech environments.
- Deep working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (IRM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, Catalog, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow administration, Service Portal, and REST integrations.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
- Ability to document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Experience supporting solution builds leveraging programming/configuration best practices.
- Ability to review and validate technical designs and implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD).
- Exposure to fintech, banking, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting audit, risk, or compliance programs on ServiceNow.
