Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Basic
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agility Lead
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Solid understanding and hands‑on application of Agile/Scrum practices
- Demonstrated ability to coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement
- Experience managing and supporting 3–4 Scrum teams simultaneously
- Comfortable working within a large, matrix‑driven environment (organization supports ~90 teams overall)
- Strong servant‑leader mindset
- Hands‑on experience with Jira for tracking and reporting
- Ensures teams follow industry standards, Scrum guidelines, and Agile best practices
Important Requirement
- This is a PURE Scrum Master role
- Not a Project Manager transitioning into Scrum
- Must actively coach teams, not just run ceremonies
Certifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) – Required
Nice to Have
- SAFe or Lean certification
