Job Description:

- Perform quality assurance testing for large-scale data environments
- Validate data across big data platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server (Teradata preferred)
- Test and support business intelligence reporting tools
- Execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity
- Create and maintain clear, detailed QA documentation (test plans, test cases, defect tracking)
- Collaborate within an Agile team to support sprint-based deliverables
- Participate in requirement analysis for BI tool migration and report redevelopment
Required Skills & Experience
Required Skills / Attributes
- QA with Big Data Platforms – 2+ years
- Teradata (preferred), Oracle, SQL Server
- QA with Business Intelligence Tools – 2+ years
- Cognos, Tableau (BusinessObjects and Microsoft BI preferred)
- SQL – Intermediate proficiency
- Agile Environment Experience – 1+ year in a fast-paced Agile setting
- Documentation Skills – Strong written communication and QA documentation experience

- SAP BusinessObjects expertise
- Healthcare industry experience

Client is partnering with the client to migrate from the existing BI tool, SAP BusinessObjects, to Microsoft BI tools.
This initiative includes:
- Analyzing current (as-is) vs. future (to-be) reporting functionality
- Supporting redevelopment of reports in the new BI platform
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration

- 2+ years of QA experience with business intelligence tools
- Strong BusinessObjects knowledge
- Healthcare domain experience
- Experience working with BI reporting and data validation
