Job Title: Dayforce SME
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are specifically looking for hands-on Dayforce expertise, with strong experience in:
- Dayforce Payroll configuration and processing (non-negotiable)
- Retro pay, payroll validations, and troubleshooting
- Workflows, business rules, and system configuration
- Reporting and dashboards
- Integrations (benefits, ERP, time systems)
Important: This is not general HRIS support. Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience configuring payroll in Ceridian Dayforce.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Dayforce HCM experience
- Strong payroll module expertise
- Proven experience with configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT
- LATAM / nearshore candidates preferred (time zone alignment), but open to the right expertise to any remote candidate
