Shipping Supervisor
We are seeking two (2) Night Shift Shipping Supervisors responsible for daily shipping operations and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and internal operational standards.
We are seeking two (2) Night Shift Shipping Supervisors responsible for daily shipping operations and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and internal operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Report to Sr. Shipping Manager
- Supervise, train, and coach shipping personnel
- Conduct safety, GMP, and SOP meetings
- Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet shipping volumes
- Enforce SQF, HACCP, GMP, food safety, quality, and safety programs
- Maintain shipping records and operational data
- Address employee issues and escalate to Human Resources as needed
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements
- 1–3 years relevant shipping or supervisory experience
- Food Manufacturing and/or Distribution
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Work Environment/Shift
- Full‑time; refrigerated warehouse environment (~38°F)
- Rotating Weekend Schedule
- 5 Days/Week - 6:00PM - 4:00AM
- Must pass all pre‑employment screenings

Systems & Equipment
- WMS / ERP experience preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Material handling equipment and vehicles (as licensed/approved)
