Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Product Business Analysts to support Banking Operations initiatives in preparation for anticipated funding over the next 3–5 years. In this role, you will work closely with business and technology partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support Agile delivery teams. This position involves contributing to low- to moderately complex business execution initiatives while exercising independent judgment and supporting compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in low- to moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Review, research, and analyze business problems or assignments involving low to medium risk deliverables
- Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering workshops
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams within Agile/Scrum environments to support product delivery
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and user stories with accuracy and clarity
- Present recommendations and alternatives for resolving business challenges
- Provide guidance and information to business and technology stakeholders
- Support the establishment and maturation of Agile practices as Product Owners and Scrum Masters are onboarded
- Use tools such as Jira and AI-enabled features to manage and refine requirements and user stories
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
(experience may include work, consulting, military service, education, or training) - Experience performing core business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making with stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Scrum teams
- Proficiency with Jira or similar work management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or banking operations
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
- Strong presence and facilitation skills for early-stage or ambiguous initiatives
