About the Role

We are actively hiring a Senior Director to lead enterprise-scale transformation portfolios within the telecommunications space. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving predictable outcomes across complex, multi-year initiatives spanning network evolution, OSS/BSS, IT, cloud, and digital modernization.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance—ensuring that large-scale transformation programs deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead enterprise transformation portfolios aligned to corporate strategy, including 5G, fiber, cloud, and digital initiatives
• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple programs and value streams, ensuring successful execution, integration, and outcomes
• Translate strategic objectives into Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) constructs, including epics, roadmaps, value streams, and investment guardrails
• Manage portfolio flow by breaking down initiatives into executable increments while maintaining alignment to business priorities
• Partner with Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and Product teams to align prioritization, funding, and execution with business value
• Lead within complex, matrixed, multi-vendor environments to ensure delivery excellence at enterprise scale
• Provide executive-level communication, governance, and stakeholder management across senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications project, program, or portfolio delivery
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale portfolios and managing Directors and Senior Program Directors
• Deep telecom domain expertise with experience across network, OSS/BSS, IT, or digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
• Strong experience operating in matrixed, multi-vendor environments
• Expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe), traditional project management, and hybrid delivery models
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe SPC or Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certifications
• Experience with TM Forum frameworks or certifications
