Job Title: Software Engineering Manager
Location: Irving, TX (Office Based – Full Time – 100% Onsite, 5 days per week)
Job Duties
Serve as Business Operations Manager for the CXP team.
Lead business users and development teams in gathering requirements and design details for the product catalog.
Document requirements and designs, including conversion details.
Act as a technical business analyst by translating business requirements into data mapping specifications.
Communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements such as screen and interface designs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly understood.
Assess end‑to‑end impacts of initiatives and identify effects on cross‑functional teams/applications.
Support production issue resolution and analyze user operations to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Must Have Skills
Excellent oral, written, and documentation skills, including experience with executive presentations.
Strong analysis and design skills for products and services involving front‑end and back‑end integration.
Knowledge of DB2 and relational database design.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
Desired Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices, and project requirements.
Background in technology or telecommunications industry preferred, but not required.
