- Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live readiness activities
Manufacturing & Process Optimization
- Understand, document, and optimize manufacturing workflows, including production, inventory, procurement, and order management
- Ensure ERP processes align with operational best practices and regulatory requirements

- Manage and enhance integrations with third‑party systems and service providers
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Serve as the central ERP subject matter expert across the organization
- Translate technical ERP concepts into clear, actionable business language
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users
Post‑Go‑Live Ownership
- Take long‑term ownership of SAP Business One as the organization’s core enterprise system
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead ongoing enhancements
- Ensure the ERP platform remains scalable and aligned with future growth plans
