the critical areas of experience are with large, complex, cross-functional, strategic projects with Executive Sponsors. Key PM skills are stakeholder management, internal communications and risks/issues management. Experience with a learning organization, Smartsheet and PMP cert are preferred, but not required.

This position will be focused on strategic projects that may have some IT changes, but we have an Agile Team that will be focused on the IT changes. This position will be responsible for managing large, complex, long duration projects working with 3+ functional areas (i.e. Product Management, Delivery, Curriculum Development, IT, Operations, Finance, HR). Types of projects include the development/launch of new/improved courses, development/launch of new/improved education recognition programs, org-wide improvements like implementation of SOC2, data modernization, new LMS, new learning tools like mixed reality.

Our projects are typically in support of annual strategic objectives and sponsored by a VP. With the VP sponsorship it is critical that the PM have experience dealing with executive sponsors and has experience with communicating with executives and executive stakeholder management.
